What we collect when you ask for a quote, who sees it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Winnipeg Basements is a referral service run by Lead Ranch in Calgary, Alberta. We follow Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and Canada’s PIPEDA for visitors outside Alberta.
What we collect
The details you type into the quote form: your name, phone, email, location, and the details of your job. If you call us, we record the number you called from and the time of the call. If calls are recorded, you’ll hear a notice at the start.
How we use it
We send your request to one established basement renovation company that serves your area, so they can contact you about the job. We may follow up once to ask whether they reached you.
We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing quotes@winnipegbasements.ca.
